तीन शरीर में २५ का विभाजन
आत्मा तीन शरीरो से जकड़ी है
स्थूल शरीर -पञ्च भूत जनित
शुक्ष्म शरीर -इन्द्रियों के उपभोग हेतु
कारन शरीर -आत्मा का मूल केंद्र
इससे भी परे एक शरीर होता है जहा इश्वर का वास होता है यह शरीर सत्य से परिपूर्ण व् कारन शर्रेर के पास होता है
स्वयं से स्वयं की इच्छा कर प्रभु से घटना क्रम में जीव की रचना कर स्वयं ही मुक्त होते हुआ बंधन को रूप दिया
और बंधन से मुक्ति का भेद भी इसी जीव के भीतर सुनिश्चित किया, मन बुद्धि व् अहंकार के निग्रह से जीव स्वयं के सत स्वरुप तक पहुच सकता है
निज दर्शन के भेद में छुपा है ब्रह्म भेद
कर्म से देह- देह से कर्म, यही माया है
सासों की गति ही जीवन की संज्ञा है
सांस का आना जीवन है यही देह की क्रिया का मूल भी सत्य है कर्म और ज्ञान की रूप रेखा इसी स्वास की दूर से बंधी है यह स्वास सत्य व् असत्य के भेद से परिपूर्ण है स्वास का एक अंग पूर्णता चन्द्र प्रभावित है और दूसरा सूर्य प्रभावित चन्द्र गति व् सूर्य गति का भेद ही जीवन है

ज्ञान भक्ति व् समर्पण से जीव सत्य को प्राप्त होता है
अन्यथा संसारी कर्म कर जीव रज या तम गति को प्राप्त होता है
इन्द्रियों का सदुपयोग जीव को सत्य की और ले जता है
इन्द्रियों का दुरुपयोग जीव को तामस की और ले जाता है
सच्चा ज्ञान सर्वोपरी पर भक्ति के बिना अधुरा
समर्पण के बिना भक्ति अधूरी है
बुद्धि अन्तः कारन को प्रभावित करती है
मन बुद्धि को प्रभावित करता है
अहंकार मन को प्रभावित करता है
अहंकार ही जीव संज्ञा का हेतु है
अहंकार मुक्त जीव ब्रह्म मार्ग पर मुक्ति का पात्र
सदाचार के मार्ग पर तमो गुण दूर होते है
आत्म दर्शन से रजो गुण से मुक्ति संभव है
समर्पण से सत्य प्रकाशित होता है
आत्म तत्व के ज्ञान से जीव ब्रह्म विज्ञान को प्राप्त होता है ब्रह्म विज्ञान से जीव परम सत्य का साक्षात्कार करता है सत्य के साक्षात्कार से जीव माया के बंधन से मुक्त होता है सत्य एक प्रकाश है जो माया रुपी तामस को दूर करता है
सत्य अनंत है
सत्य की सत्ता भी अनंत है
सत्य का स्वरुप भी अनंत है
सत्य दिव्य है
सत्य पंचभूत व् उनके गुणों की सत्ता से भिन्न है पर उनका संयोग सत्य को पाने में सहायक हो सकता है
अहंकार सत्य के मार्ग में सबसे बड़ा बाधक और समर्पण प्रतीकात्मक सहायक पृथ्वी पर माया का वाचास्व है माया के आधीन सभी जीव जंतु पर सचेत हो कर कर्म करने से जीव माया के अन्धकार से सहज ही पार हो सकता है
तत्व ज्ञान हो जाने पर स्वत ही वैराग्य पथ प्रकाशित हो जाता है योग शिखोप्निषद में ब्रह्मा को महेश्वर यह रहस्य प्रगट करते है परम तत्व के ज्ञान से ही मन स्थिर हो सकता है मन की स्थिरता ही मुक्ति का साधन बनती है मन को जितने का साधन है तत्व ज्ञान
परमात्मा न चक्षुओ का विषय है ना मन का पर तत्व ज्ञान के साधन से मन स्थिर होने पर जो गति प्राप्त होती है वहा परमात्मा अपने मूल स्वूरूप में प्रगट हो कर जीव को वह स्थिति देता है जिससे जीव उसका अवलोकन व् अनुभव कर गोरवान्वित होता है यह स्थिति परमानन्द की अनुभूति के सामान है

मर मर गए शरीर
माया तृष्णा न मिटे
कह गए संत फ़कीर
जा स्वामी ने तन दियो
वाको भी कर ख्याल
न जाने केहू सांस में
ले जाए यम प्राण
जीव स्थति
जाग्रत-परिपूर्ण चेतना
स्वप्न -चेतना पर भोतिकता से भिन्न [नींद ]
सुषुप्ति -चेतना पर आत्मा के सामीप्य शांति की आगोश में [गहरी नींद]

आत्मा रथी
मन सारथि
इन्द्रिय अश्व है
वृतिया रासे

धर्म व् अधर्म भी
मन अम्रत भी है और विष भी
मन के माध्यम से ही आत्मा भोगो का अनुभव करती है
मन के माध्यम से ही आत्मा ब्रह्म को प्राप्त होती है
यात्रा
ब्रह्म से बिछड़ने के बाद दुःख संताप व् पीड़ा ही जीव का भाग्य बन जता है वह परिवर्तन के निमित हो जाता है गति उसे तरसा देती है वह शांति चाहता है स्थिरता चाहता है पर अहंकार के वेग में बहे चला जाता है
आकाश से वायु
वायु से मेघ
मेघ से जल
जल शस्य
शस्य से शुक्र
शुक्र से गर्भ
गर्भ से योनी
योनी के भोग
भोग से कर्म
कर्म से बंधन
और पुन वही चक्र व्यूह, पर मनुष्य योनी वह पड़ाव है जहा पहुच कर जीव इस चक्र व्यूह का भेदन कर पुन ब्रह्मा को पा सकता है जहा स्थिरता शांति व् परमानन्द है
विशुद्ध ज्ञान ही वह अमृत है जो शिव प्राप्ति का परम साधन है केवलं का प्राप्ति कारक मात्र विशुद्ध ज्ञान और परिपूर्ण समर्पण है
